Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Yield: - lebih kurang 15 keping
Popia Vietnam yang terkenal seentaro dunia menggunakan bahan- bahan segar
Bahan-bahan
- Beberapa keping kulit rice paper
- Udang segar - dicelur dan dibelah dua
- Daun salad - secukupnya
- Daun Pudina - secukupnya
- Timun - dihiris memanjang
- Daun Ketumbar - secukupnya
- Kapsikum - secukupnya
- Suh hoon - dicelur dan toskan
- Cendawan shitake secukupnya dicelur dahulu
- Crab stick secukupnya dicelur dahulu
Caranya
- Ambil sekeping rice paper celupkan seketika didalam air,balik balikkan supaya semua permukaan lembut.
- Kemudian angkat susun sayur-sayuran,lipat kiri dan kanan dan gulung sedikit,susunkan udang dan gulung sedikit lagi ,letak daun bawang biarkan sedikit terkeluar dan terus gulung sehingga habis.
Sedia dihidang bersama sos pilihan.
Vietnamese Dipping sauce 'nuoc cham'
- 2 ulas bawang putih - cincang halus
- 2 sudu besar gula
- 1/2 cawan air suam
- 1/4 cawan sos ikan
- 1/4 cawan jus limau
- 2 sudu makan cuka
- lada cili kecil merah - secukupnya 1 atau 2 batang
- daun bawang - hiris halus.
Satukan semua bahan dan adjust rasa
Sos Kacang Vietnam
- 1 sdb peanut butter,
- 2 sdb Hoisin Sauce
- 1 1/2 sdb cuka
- 1/3 cawan susu segar atau air
- 1 ulas bawang putih cincang
- 1/2 sdt pest cili
Cara Menyediakannya
Campur semua bahan, kacau sehingga lincin dan adjust rasa
